MORNING : 1 glass water then intake 2 bananas


BREAKFAST : 2 chapati(roti) and 3 omelette

or idly or 4 bread and 1 tea spoon butter


MID DAY MEAL : Chana roasted (50gm)

or any bean like rajam etc.


LUNCH : Rice and paneer/rajma/chicken


EVENING : 3 Banana/banana shake


DINNER : 2 Roti and rajma/2 eggs

And 1 glass of milk before sleep.
